I support my clients in getting to the root cause of distress, ineffective behavior patterns, and unhealthy lifestyle practices. This often includes addressing adverse childhood and adult experiences, chronic stressors, and identifying core beliefs and societal pressures that influence their behavior, lifestyle choices, mood and life satisfaction.
